Questions about pricing

Is there a minimum contract?

Monthly plans run for 12 months, then roll monthly with 30 days' notice. One-off tests and assessments have no contract.

Why are your prices lower than larger firms?

We keep overheads low, use automation for the repetitive work, and spend our testers' time on the findings that matter. You pay for skilled people, not a big office.

Do you fix the problems you find?

Yes. Every report includes step-by-step fixes, and we can carry out the work for you or guide your IT provider. Retesting fixed issues is included.

Will testing disrupt my business?

Tests follow written rules of engagement agreed with you. Anything that could affect live services is scheduled out of hours, and we stop at once if you ask.

Do you work with our existing IT provider?

Yes. Most of our clients already have an IT provider; we work alongside them and give them clear, actionable reports.

How quickly can you start?

Vulnerability scans and Microsoft 365 reviews can usually start within a week. Penetration tests are typically booked two to three weeks ahead.
